Tiered Offerings

In order to provide flexibility and scalability across varying networks and organizations Aegis plans come in three different bundles.

Bronze

Our bronze agreement is geared towards companies with peer-to-peer networks –small networks consisting of desktops and laptops with no servers or enterprise equipment.

Silver

Silver agreements are extremely flexible and are designed to cover only mission critical servers. The silver agreement can be applied to a wide variety of networks.

Companies running a small business server domain with perhaps a secondary SQL or backup server will find them as useful as a company running a domain controller/terminal server or a large network with redundant DHCP, DNS and Active Directory servers.

And although we’ve seen companies that charge an add-on for SBS, and an add-on for Exchange and an add-on for SQL and an add-on for complex DHCP configurations, we believe that a server was made to run complex modules. So why would we charge extra for things servers were intended to run in the first place?

Gold

Worth its weight, our gold plan is close to total network management. Under this plan, we’ll cover laptops, desktops and servers and keep them all running and patched.

Each of our plans includes 24x7 monitoring, updates, patch management, remote and phone support and virus monitoring and removal for equipment running AVG.
